Cobblestone throat, can it cause your throat to close?
I’ve been to the drs and have been told I have cobblestone throat and have been given lansaprasole as it has persisted for two weeks, but I’m so scared my throat will close because of the enlarged lymph glands that I can’t eat, they’re only lumps at the back  And I just want to know if it is possible?

Cobblestone throat is a description of swelling at the back of the throat due to inflammation.  It will not cause your throat to close.

@Ritusha There are many causes of cobblestone appearance.  You can try some throat gargle.  Otherwise, please see your local doctors or ENT specialist for a proper assessment to determine the underlying cause.  Treatment involves treating the underlying cause.

Dr. Lim K H  I have acidity, postnasal drip and allergy problems....is it because of this? Will I have to fix this problem first then the cobblestone throat will be fixed?
