Hey, so I turned my head to the side a little too quick when I sneezed and immediately felt a sharp pain at the back of my head, although its gone now. Am I gonna die?

Hi @Hvsmann muscle sprains can happen during sudden/twisting movements like what you describe. If the pain was temporary and resolved on rest, you can observe to see if it recurs and won’t need to worry about it. However, you would need to go in to your doctor to get it checked out if the pain persists/ becomes recurrent, or if you notice other symptoms like persistent headache, giddiness or pain/ weakness or numbness extending from your neck to your arms.
