How to get rid of pain in the hand?
I had this issue for a few months. I played this game once where I had to click keys on my keyboard with the index finger and the middle finger as fast as possible and out of nowhere I got this pain which I ignored and continued playing for a few more minutes till I stopped playing. I noticed that whenever I lift my left hand up like the middle finger points to the ceiling my hand hurts really bad and sometimes when I'm writing with a pen I get pain as well. I am 100% that it came from the game but I don't know how to treat it. I've been resting my hand for some weeks but gave up since it didn't get better. What do I do?

Also in these pictures I'm showing how high I can lift my hand up till I feel pain and I also highlighted where I can "feel" it somewhat in red.

Orthopaedic & Sports
Orthopedics is a medical specialty that focuses on the diagnosis, correction, prevention, and treatment of patients with skeletal deformities - disorders of the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves and skin. These elements make up the musculoskeletal system. Your body's musculoskeletal system is a complex system of bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves and allows you to move, work and be active. Once devoted to the care of children with spine and limb deformities, orthopedics now cares for patients of all ages, from newborns with clubfeet, to young athletes requiring arthroscopic surgery, to older people with arthritis. The physicians who specialize in this area are called orthopedic surgeons or orthopedists.
