I have not had my period for 5 months. I am on certain psych meds. Is this a cause for concern or can i just ignore it?
I've been on venlafaxine, quetiapine, mirtazipine and lithium for over a year now.
I've been referred to KKH last year and the ultrasound and blood tests were normal. I was prescribed Dydrogesterone and I've taken it twice last year when my periods were absent for more than 3 months. However I've run out of the tablets and am hesitant to book another appointment as its expensive. Can i just let things be?

Hi @deadinside Im sorry to hear about this. If you have already completed the assessment at KKH, there may not be a need to return if the cost is a concern, unless you experience any change in symptoms (discomfort, spotting, abnormal discharge, etc). Alternatively, you can highlight this during your review with the doctor that has prescribed your other medications for them to speak to you about the potential alternatives to consider.
