Hi @Human67 I cannot say for certain without examining it in person, but it sure appears so! Would you happen to have any other skin lesions elsewhere, preceding injury/insect bite, or any other symptoms?

For warts, any cream that I can buy for chin?

Hi @Human67 yes there are numerous options for this, it would be good to have a review with your GP to confirm and discuss this particularly given that the lesion is on your face, and skin on the face can be sensitive to over the counter options.
