So i have pain behind my ear. And if i rub my finger down from the back of my ear down i have something swollen. It starts right below my ear lobe and goes down about inch and a half.
 At the beginning its smaller, as i rub my finger it gets a little bigger in the middle then gets smaller again at the end. Im not sure if its lymph nodes or not. Its not like a ball, its more of s line that goes down. Is their anything else that could swell in that area other than your lymph nodes?

I also hit my head on my bed frame 4 nights ago. I dont think that would have something to do with this but i posted a pick below. Thanks

My ear pain and swelling on my neck is on the same side i hit my head on. I also jabe a small knot on the front of my scalp.
