Dr Ramesh is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in Shoulder and Knee Surgery. After his residency training in Singapore at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, he completed a Shoulder and Knee Surgery fellowship at the Santry Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin, Ireland. He also went on to do a further sports surgery fellowship with Hospital Quiron and Hospital Del Mar in Barcelona, Spain. As part of his fellowship stints, he was involved in treating international professional rugby players and soccer players. He now practises at Avant Sports, Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Clinic. He is available for consultation at his clinics with the Parkway Group of Hospitals –Mount Elizabeth Novena and Parkway East Hospital. He is also a visiting consultant with Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. He consults for general orthopaedic problems, but his main area of expertise is in the area of shoulder and knee surgery. He also has a special interest in treating sports injuries and hip arthroscopy.
