Dr Poh Beow Kiong graduated from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Medicine with an MBBS. He then went on to train in General Surgery and attained his Masters of Medicine (Surgery). He was also enrolled as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). Dr Poh went on to further his surgical training in Urology. He did his fellowship in Vancouver General Hospital and University of British Columbia, Canada where he sub-specialised in the field of endourology and Minimally Invasive Surgery in Urology. Dr Poh's area of interests include Minimally Invasive Surgery in Urological cancers namely Robotic Prostatectomy for prostate cancer and Nephron-sparing MIS partial nephrectomy in RCC. Dr Poh is currently practicing in Gleneagles Hospital and Mt Elizabeth Novena Hospital and has teaching positions in Yong Loo Lin Faculty of Medicine and is a Visiting consultant in Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
