Dr. Teoh is a family physician and medical lecturer at Advanced Medical and Dental Institute, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He developed a keen interest in obesity medicine early in his medical career, and since then, he had completed various certifications delivered by renowned professionals bodies. Recognizing his commitment to obesity medicine, Dr. Teoh was selected into the SCOPE leadership program and conferred as a SCOPE National Fellow by the World Obesity Federation. His clinical expertise and experience in medical education have also attracted regular invitations to speak in many obesity management workshops, particularly for primary care doctors.
