Biography
Dr Munidasa Winslow has worked in general psychiatry and addiction medicine at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) since 1988. He was one of the pioneers responsible for the setting up and development of addiction services both in the hospital and in the community. His last appointment was as Chief of the Addiction Medicine Department, IMH before he established his own practice, Promises Healthcare, in 2011. He is recognised as an expert in addiction and impulse control disorders such as alcohol, substance dependence, gambling, gaming, sexual compulsivity in the Asia-Pacific region and frequently speaks at conferences around the region.
Dr. Tan Kok Kuan

Biography
Dr. Tan Kok Kuan graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2001. His residency was in the two largest public hospitals in Singapore; Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Singapore General Hospital. He was part of the SARS taskforce in SGH and tended to ill patients with suspected SARS during the outbreak. He also worked and trained at the Singapore National Eye Center, National Heart Center and National Skin Center. Dr Tan is currently a GP in private practice at Dr Tan Medical Center.
