DR Kenneth Oo graduated in 1997 from the National University of Singapore and attained his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2002. He completed his Masters of Medicine and is an accredited specialist in Otolaryngology (ENT). Dr Oo holds a Masters in Science in research. Dr Oo has extensive international training, having underwent a clinical fellowship in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery with the Department of Otolaryngology, St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, Australia and another fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery with the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, University of Virginia, USA. He was the first Singaporean to be trained in Facial Plastic Surgery and Reconstruction under the HMDP (Higher Manpower Development Plan) Program and remains a pioneer in this field in Singapore. Dr Oo was previously Consultant ENT Head & Neck Surgeon at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and has been a consultant ENT surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital since 2012. He is the course director for the Facial plastic course at the Singapore General Hospital, and actively mentors residents at the Singapore General hospital where he has been a Visiting Consultant since 2011.
