“How many Panadol should I take during menstruation?“

I've been experiencing more discomfort and worse cramps lately and tried taking panadol menstrual to ease the pain and discomfort. It does appear to help me in managing the pain, but I'm wondering if there are any side effects of taking the panadol once or twice every month?
