“Why Do I Get Hives on My Skin when it is cold? Should I be worried?“I realise that I get hives on my skin when it is cold (like when I put an ice pack on my arm or when I put a cold mask on my face) is there a reason for this? Should I be worried?

“What is the reason I feel weird click clack sound when I move my arm and it doesn't feel right?“Left upper arm feeling a little sore and weird and when I move in front and back or rotate my arm there is a click clack sound, not loud and it doesn't hurt, but it doesn't feel right.
