Mr Joseph Wong owns his own private practice at Orchard Physiotherapy Centre at Orchard Building. He was a Colombo Plan scholar and graduated from Auckland University of Technology, NZ in 1977. He has worked 9 years in the hospitals (MOH) and 30 years in private practice. He has a special interest in sports injury management and treating musculoskeletal problems, esp of the spine. He was the appointed physiotherapist for the Singapore soccer team in the ‘80s and early ‘90s. He has served in the management committees of the S’pore Squash Rackets Association and the S’pore Physiotherapy Association for many years. An avid fitness enthusiast, he played competitive badminton in school at Combined Schools level and then squash for the last 20 years. He has run numerous marathons and regularly gives talks on physio related topics.
