So, I go to a military college, I am an 18-year-old female. The first week coming here, we had so much going on, called 'hell' week' which was nonstop physically activity for a week, that's when the knee pain started. This was back in September. Now before thanksgiving, my knee kept giving out, the pain has been on and off. I was on crutches for two weeks and given a cortisone shot, it only worked for a week or so. That was a month ago, I went home over thanksgiving and had an appointment with my doctor and she wants and MRI in two weeks. She said I have jumpers knee and a possible meniscual injury. Ever since I have come back, my knee has gotten more stiff, it is tired when going up stairs, I am limping, whenever I am sitting, it aches and shifts.
