The other day inadvertidely I felt for a two seconds some pain in the left center side of my chest, where i think is my heart, and then started to feel numb around the left forearm, I tought it was a sing of a heart attack but i checked my vitals with an oximeter and everything was normal, but now suffer from numbness and pain in both arms when I put preassure in my arms like a wristband too tight or when I rapidly change temperatures like taking off a sweater in the morning, and ocassionaly the little numbness in the arms also creates a flare of pain in the center of my chest.

I haven't lost strength in my arms and i don't have difficulties breathing, so I don't know if this is a sing that I'm getting older (im just 20) or its related to a more serious heart or nerve condition
