My dear doctor, I went through a period of 6 months, and I suffered from anxiety and tension so much that I took all the so-called examinations and all the answers to the examination were correct, but.. after two months of anxiety, I felt that my pressure was rising and there was severe pain in my chest. Echo, stress test, ECG and chest x-ray and all were fine, but today I feel as if there is a lump in my chest on the left side and inside the lump there is a pulse and this thing gives me a feeling of discomfort and I don't know what to do
