Fever and Headaches
Hello. I am a 34 y/o male. I felt a little off last night. Dizzy and warm. I had a fever of 100.3 today, I generally feel crumby, but no other symptoms. No runny nose, cough, stomach ache, anything. Just tired and my fever was all but gone this morning, but spikes throughout the day seemingly randomly. I will be at 97.8 and then 99.4 a few hours later. I'm not taking any medication. What could be going on? I did take 2 covid tests as well, one last night one this morning, both negative.
