Hello. I have light dull discomfort in a 1.5 inches right and 1.5 inches lower of the belly button for ~3 years.
It appears and disappears from time to time, does not hurt on palpation and has never been sharp. What could it be? Which tests should I take?

@klangers, you may want to get a CT scan to ensure the small bowel /right part of the large intestine is normal. If you have any altered bowel habits such as diarrhoea, constipation, or blood work up suggestive of anemia, good to consider colonoscopy as well. Hope this helps
