How long should I wear retainers after aligner treatment?
I just completed my aligners treatment from makeO toothsi. Since I had opted for their invisible aligners instead of traditional braces, the treatment time was substantially long but the end result was kinda satisfactory. However, the doctors suggested I wear retainers now post treatment for atleast 6-12 months. Are they really necessary?
