Areas you can consider to improve your self-care would be not just to look after your mental health but also your physical health as they affect each other. Also, maintain good care in your social and financial life as they tend to affect your overall wellbeing. Specifically for good mental health do consider the things you enjoy doing, and if they are healthy, make time for them. Although you are managing five children you shouldn’t forget to schedule time for yourself, no matter if it is only 20 min a day.
