i believe Acne scarring on back and arms due to previous acne problems when i was younger. Any tips on how to treat them and if so, any natural remedies?
I have acne problems in the past concerning my back, but what’s left now are what i believe are scarring and spots left by the acne from years ago. They are also on both of my arms. It’s very unpleasant to look at, and i was wondering what could possibly be done to treat it? Any natural remedies?

I have pictures of scarring on my arms as well but i’m unable to post more than one picture, but i believe there are the same kind of scars as the one i’ve posted above.

Dear @qwertyzxc There is a combination of acne scars and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) over your back. You might benefit from a combination of treatments from topical creams, chemical peels and laser treatments. Non ablative qswitch lasers will be useful for PIH while fractional ablative lasers will be useful for resurfacing of acne scars. Hope this helps.
