I believe that i have cobblestone throat. I've noticed bumps in the back of my throat. I've also noticed that i have a swollen lymph node on my neck right under my jawline.
I first noticed a lump on my neck and then noticed that it could be a swollen lymph node. A week later, I noticed that I had bumps in the back of my throat. These were orange bumps and that the glands on the side also seemed swollen.
