Two days ago, I felt an itch to my ears and asked my mum to help me dig my ears. After digging, my ear hurts and my right ear suffers from pain and mild hearing loss. What can I do to recover from this situation?

My mom does not allow me to see a doctor over this because she's scared of the Covid-19 situation. She also took away most of the money from my bank account so I'm unable to visit a doctor on my own.
