My hand is numb
I use my right hand alot for work. Basically unblxing boxes and unwrapping items. I use a safety knife to unbox alot. My hand I use for almost 36hours non stop since early October. It has been starting to act up on me lately. When I sleep it starts to hurt and feels numb and hand shaking. Sometimes my hand feel heat as well. I just used am ice pack it did help temporarily but not really. What should I do?
