My husband has a sore on his lip it is not a cold sore. It is not red or painful. It is more skin colored. What could it be?
Sore goes away it seems with warm compress but comes back. Have tried OTC acne cream and cold sore cream nothing gets rid of it. What could it be and how can we get rid of it.
