My niece has kind of skin rash on her cheek
I've a question regarding my niece's skin problem. She is 7. She has developed red patches of rash on her cheek, chin and around  nose. The affected area of her cheek is very dry. I brought her to a doctor who prescribed two creams, mezoderm(betamethasone) and gentamicin-akos which made things far worse , so stopped using both of them.
Then at the pharmacy I was advised to use ftorocort(also a cream with triamcinolone) for her. she used it for a bit, and we saw it worked a bit in making the rashes, especially on the chin and nose, to disappear to a certain degree. But she still has rashes  surrounded by a ring-shaped pattern of skin on her cheek. Also, the discoloration is clearly seen there  if you please take a look at the photos below.
Would you mind helping me to find out what caused this skin condition? and what we should do with that? thanks in advance
