On Monday, after exercise, I felt extremely dizzy.
On Monday, I participated in an online class with floor work and crunches. When I sat up after 30 mins the room spun badly. Since then, I feel vertigo and experienced BPPV whilst in bed. Is it my balance, or eyes? I have been watching the screens alot. Or is it anaemic?
