Please help me identify this on my face
This showed up right under my nose three or four days ago now. This right under my columella of nose at the top of the philtrum. It's surprisingly hard to take a selfie of a small part of your nose and get the camera to focus there and not on the lips or tip of the nose.

I first thought it was a pimple or possibly and ingrown hair of sorts as I tend to get them frequently on my face. But this was not healing up after I put some Bactrim on it.

I am hoping it is not what I think it might be, but maybe I am just paranoid.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
