Rabies
I was walking through the woods the night before yesterday, sitting down to rest, leaning my hand on a stone and plunged my palm into a transparent slippery substance (saliva?) that was on it. On the palm (above the contaminated area) there are several wounds, there was no opportunity to survive the hand right away. A few hours later I accidentally licked a contaminated finger. Can I get rabies (for example through mucous membranes, or vjrus after few hour became non-contageous?)?
