Undiagnosed scaly and ulcerated skin patches
Hello,
For the past 6 months I have been dealing with a skin problem that has resisted the dermatologists I have seen.
First thinking it was impetigo, I treated it with Fusidine orally, then thinking it was Echtyma, treated with another oral antibiotic which did not work.
The dermatologist then thought it was psoriasis, treated with enstilar but that didn't work either.

Pictures can be seen here :

Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Bacteriological samples did not give anything either (5 done ...)
The appearance of the pimples can be scaly, and some become ulcerated with a large crust that lasts for weeks...
Thank you!
