2 days ago, I had a surgery of Appendicitis and there was a problem, somehow pus had been made inside my belly near Appendices by infection as doctor said, and he still made laparoscopic with 3 holes in my belly. He told me it was necessary to clear the pus as well as cut the appendices. Now the problem arises, I found today's morning that when I breathe my right testicle is moving up and down, actually it's moving when I breathe, but my left testicle is not moving at the same time also my right testicle becomes a bit bigger than the left one and feel a little pain. What could be the reason, right testicle being up and down by breathing and not the left testicle, and what would be the consequences, and what should I do right now???????
