What is this?
My son is a 10 year old boy and has told me that his right nipple has a small lump inside of it... I am a bit concerned. I have read online that it could be gynecomastia which i think is possible since its not visible and the only way you can tell its there is if you feel it.. I also saw that if its a type 1 gynecomastia, then it doesnt need surgey! I am just hoping it goes away.
