Why is constipation worse at night?
Hello, I have been suffering from chronic constipation. I can manage it during the day through diet, medicine, or supplementation. However, when evening comes, the constipation gets worse and I cannot manage it at all. Nothing I use during the day works in the evening. Why would this be and how can I relieve constipation in the evening?
