Hi @gerdboss occasional headaches can occur during straining such as sneezing or carrying something heavy, this is sometimes referred to as primary cough headache. However, these should be infrequent, isolated and mild headaches that do not extend for a prolonged period. If you notice the headaches are becoming more frequent/prolonged, or accompanied by other symptoms such as lightheadedness, giddiness, visual disturbances or weakness/numbness - then you would need to get it checked with your doctor! They would check your blood pressure, as well as examine your eyes and nerves for any evidence of raised intracranial pressure (ICP). Hope this helps!

Hi @Anano Im afraid I do not have enough information to assess this, would you have a picture of the rash? If you are experiencing burning discomfort or encountered a burn/heat related injury that is still persisting, dont delay having a check up with your doctor.

Dear @jxsim Chest pain with breathlessness can be signs of serious conditions such as heart attack, pneumothorax. It is slightly reassuring to know that you have gotten blood tests and ECG performed which are normal. However I will still advise you to visit the nearest Emergency department to get further evaluation or call 995 if still feeling unwell. You will likely benefit from an Xray of the chest that can be performed in the Emergency Department as well. Hope this helps

Dear @jamazecia2730 You should avoid oily food as the gallbladder acts a temporary storage of bile, to be released upon an intake of fatty/ oily food. If one's gallbladder has been removed, there will be no reservoir of bile being stored temporarily in our body to cope with oily food intake. Therefore it is advisable to reduce intake of oily, fried , fatty food in their diet. Hope this helps.

The AF indicator lighting up probably means that your mum's heart rate was irregular at that point in time. Some patients have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, which means that the atrial fibrillation comes on spontaneously from time to time. Apixaban is an anticoagulant (a medication that prevents blood clots) prescribed to patients with atrial fibrillation to prevent blood clots and strokes. Apixaban does not restore the heart rhythm to normal.
If your mum is feeling normal and has no chest pain, breathlessness or feeling giddy, there is probably no cause for concern. You can highlight this to her regular doctor at the next scheduled check-up.
If she has any of the mentioned symptoms, then she should see a doctor.

Dear @eduardo-swift . You might wish to consult a dermatologist who will be able to do a physical examination of your body and perform scabies scrape to confirm any presence of scabies. Treatment would depend on the diagnosis. Hope this helps.

Hi @andrewlim_11,
Do you strain when you pass motion and urinate? The lower abdominal pain may result from an excessive rise in intra-abdominal pressure from straining. Occasionally it can also be because of abdominal wall conditions like hernia, urinary tract conditions like prostate enlargement or intestinal conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome. If your symptoms are recurrent and are bothering you, it's best to get it checked by a medical doctor.
