Dr S A Aziz Noordin, Family Physician from Tampines Family Medicine Clinic and has been involved in the shared care geriatric programme with CGH since 2019.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine and Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the National University of Singapore.
His special interests include advocacy for mental health issues, performing minor surgical procedures and managing complex chronic care in the community.
When not at his practice, he manages his medical devices business and spends time with his family.
