Hello there. I am glad you’re reaching out for help. For mental illness it is important to speak to a psychiatrist who is a doctor that is trained to diagnose and treat illnesses. Another suggestion if you don’t need a doctor but need some help exploring emotions might be a counsellor or a therapist.
