Itchy scrotum and foreskin for years now. Could it be eczema?
My scrotum and foreskin(particularly the part where pubic hair grows) have been itching for years now. After i scratch it, it becomes dry skin,heals and peels off and the cycle repeats. I have to moisturise the area everyday or else it becomes dry and itchy. Last time i visted a specialist, they said i just have dry skin and didnt need to worry about it. Is this normal? What can it be?
