However, from what you describe - it sounds like you would benefit from a visit to your optician to check your refraction and vision, as incorrect/inadequate vision correction or improper fit can lead to this. If that turns out to be corrected adequately, you would need a physical examination by your general practitioner or family physician for further evaluation.
