Physical symptoms potentially caused by stress or trauma
i will name the symptoms and maybe explain a few

Heart palpitations- i have started my medications again and it does raise my heart rate but i usually never get these
Swollen/Wider tongue- ive noticed in my most stressful times i’ve had my tongue expand to the point where my teeth constantly are biting it (happens with my cheeks too and i commonly grind my teeth or have my jaw shut)
Very aggressive bursts of anger- ive not hurt someone but i almost had a fight with someone physically (further explanation if asked)
trouble breathing- it feels like i’ve not enough room to fit all the air into my lungs? ive been told by my dad (no he is not a reliable source) that my diaphragm is bigger than my rib capacity

these have ALL shown up today (above symptoms have)
tics- been around for a while since i was born (possibly can’t remember) but suddenly get worse today
