Persistent breathy and weak voice is unusual.  It may not be entirely due to the reflux.  the reflux could be only a contributing or aggravating factor. I advice to see an ENT specialist for a proper assessment of the voice and voice box. The first step to recovery fully is to know what could have cause it.

Dear @jaimie-schaefer-phd ,
Thank you for your disclosure and I trust that you have a trusted psychiatrist who is journeying with you on this mental health recovery.

Bipolar Mood Disorder often goes undiagnosed or gets diagnosed late owing to frequent initial presentation as "depression" and sufferers go through long periods of difficulties before they finally could access appropriate correct treatment.  Those of us who experienced "mania" may have a problem coming to terms with the condition, and the fact that medication is very effective and that we will have to stay on medication for a minimum of 2 to 5 years.

This is because after the initial response, the medication continues to help our brains achieve remission and positive change to prevent the next occurrence or relapse. The truth is that each untreated episode will get longer and more problematic for the sufferer and family members, and chance of remission and recovery may get lower.

Therefore, all my patients with Bipolar Disorder with history of psychotic relapse stay on their lowest-dose maintenance medication and continue to remain well. They resume their life goals and managed their doctor's visits and medication.

I sincerely hope that you continue to have open communication with your doctor.
Stay well. Should you wish to know more, visit https://otium-mindhealth.com

It may not be easy to differentiate blood in the urine from concentrated urine. A quick urinalysis in the doctor's clinic will tell you if it is indeed blood. Blood in the urine is a red flag symptom for doctors, as it may indicate a serious underlying medical condition. Common conditions that cause blood in the urine include infection, urinary stones, and urinary tract cancer.

The many causes of a reduction in amniotic fluid are highly variable.

One major cause of a decrease in amniotic fluid is the mother’s diet and lifestyle habits (smoking, excess caffeine and alcohol consumption, diets high in processed foods). Unhealthy weight gain or very restrictive eating habits can also contribute to low levels. Leakage of fluids could also be a likely cause.

Monitoring the intake, output and swelling of your ankles will help to identify signs that you are urinating or retaining fluid. Drink more fluids, avoid salty foods and medications that promote sodium retention.
Be sure to drink lots of water and eat foods high in fiber and sodium so you produce more amniotic fluid naturally! Do see a doc to check for leakage too.

Hi, fibroids are unknown of the causes unfortunately. Embolisation works by blocking the blood supply to the fibroids. This will reduce the size by 50-60%.

Hello,  it’s coming after a flu shot to have aches at the deltoid muscle and around the shoulder. This is most probably the reason for your soreness and swelling. It generally should resolve over a few days, so if it doesn’t then it might be good to get your symptoms evaluated at a clinic. Hope that helps!

Hello Yongkun, thanks for your query.  A pop sound or sensation in your ankles or knees with exercise is a fairly non-specific symptom. Generally so long as the joints function well and the discomfort doesn’t persist, there should not be any major issues. However in come cases the pops can be due to some laxity or hyper mobility and other causes, and if the symptoms are troublesome it can be useful to get it checked out by a De

@pinkonrs I am sorry to hear you are dealing with symptoms like these. Having high white blood cell count is quite non-specific when you are experiencing GERD symptoms. Constipation does not cause high white cell count. It is possible you have other conditions causing the symptoms you are experiencing right now such as gallstone condition blocking the bile duct or diverticulitis.

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes!
While I cannot diagnose from here, it would be important for further conversations should be from a health care professional in order to get more accurate information about what might be happening with your blood stool and acid reflux symptoms.
